Brownie Parfait Shooters

What do you do when you have left-over brownies, and a can of Reddi-Wip? Make Brownie Parfaits of course! After indulging in Brownie Sundaes a month ago, I had a half pan of Homemade Brownies left. Instead of eating them then, I wrapped them up and popped them into the freezer. Last week, before E left for college, I decided to make these cute Brownie Parfait Shooters with things I had on hand. Which just happened to be brownies from the freezer, along with Hot Chocolate Pudding, Reddi-Wip and raspberries from the fridge.

Big or small, this brownie parfait recipe combines the decadent combination of chocolate pudding, rich fudge brownies, sweet cream and tart raspberries. It's a terrific way to dress up brownies. Sometimes the best desserts are the simple ones - and that's the way I like it. Simple and easy, it's a party in a cup — so prepare some end of the summer fun for your family as well! You'll be glad ya did!

Brownie Parfait Shooters
You can indulge immediately after they are prepared or let them chill in the fridge for a few hours.
Feel free to make your own brownies and pudding or use store bought mixes - no judgment here,
we’re all busy! I used small shooter glasses and mini-spoons for our parfaits, making them extra fun!

INGREDIENTS
  • Brownies, baked and crumbled
  • Chocolate Pudding, cooked and cooled
  • Reddi-Wip or Cool Whip
  • Raspberries, optional
  • Mint, washed; optional

WHAT TO DO
  • Place crumbled brownies in the bottom of each cup, top with a heaping spoonful of chocolate pudding and Reddi-Wip. Again layer brownies, pudding and Reddi-Wip until the cups are full. Top with raspberries and mint.
  • Instead of raspberries and mint, you could crumble your favorite candy bar onto the top of each parfait for a different twist.
You can't go wrong here. Like I've always said, do what you want. Add the things you and your family like and leave out the rest. Make them your own. Play around with different combinations until you find your favorite! Enjoy!

    1. I am STILL laughing! So so funny! If it's any consolation, I'm a fat girl that leans towards salt and not sugar! But I must confess, I have eaten my fair share of frozen brownies in a desperate moment!
