If you and your Valentine date have reservations for two at eight on the fourteenth...well you're indeed the lucky ones! It seems like with each passing year it becomes increasingly harder to find an available table at the best restaurants on Valentine's Day. So, if like me & Mr.P, you find yourself table-less, on more than one occasion, you have to decide - dine in or settle for standing in line with the hopes of getting lucky. Well, pardon me, but I don't care to settle, not on Valentine's! I'd rather go out to dinner next week when all of the hub-bub has died down. So long story short....Valentine's Day usually finds us dining in, here at Porter Central. And that's just fine by me. I happen to think crowds, standing in line and stress have no place in a romantic evening. Below you will find pictures of our Valentine Table. I thought you might enjoy seeing how we spend our Valentine evening, along with a handful of wonderful friends, we share our dinner and celebrate the day of love - making it even more memorable!!
TO ALL LOVERS OUT THERE....
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
Simple little presents at each place setting is always a nice touch.
ENJOY!

We usually have dinner at home on Valentine's Day, too, to avoid the crazy-ness. Then we go out for dinner for my birthday which is later in February!
