Product Alert: Chudleigh's Triple Berry Blossoms

It is common knowledge that it is a bit dangerous to let Mr.P loose at the market. Alone. No telling what he's likely to bring home. This just so happens to be the case when he decided to run to the market at midnight a few days ago. He went in hunt of his beloved Dt. Coke and I wondered what will it be this time. A case of yogurt? A box of peaches? Or any number of Healthy Choice meals...which is usually a safe bet. Not so last night, he came in with a few boxes of  Chudleigh's Triple Berry Blossoms.
Never let it be said that I am above buying pre-cooked food out of the freezer section of my local market. If there are products out there that can be bought to make my life just a bit easier...then I'm ALL over that! Chudleigh's Blossoms just happen to be such an item.
I have never seen or heard of Chudleigh's, not even a commercial on television. How about you? They were wonderful, really fantastic. The crust is so light and flaky and contains a tasty berry filling. You can microwave or bake the blossoms. I popped ours in the microwave for 30 seconds and then into the oven for 10 minute or so at 350 degrees. Did I mention the crust was light and flaky........?
I have made my share of rustic tarts and comparing them to this particular frozen dessert hurt just a bit. Honest? They were as good as my homemade tarts. Not sure if that was because I didn't have to take the time to actually prepare and bake these myself, but they are quite good nonetheless. We definitely will be buying more of these Triple Berry Blossoms. You can find them in the freezer section of the market. The package Mr.P bought had two blossoms and cost $2.49. Give them a try.....you'll be glad you did.

ENJOY!
